Email Communication Marketing

Our signature event receives high visibility and enthusiasm from educators throughout the year. AMS email marketing efforts are optimized to achieve high open rates, ensuring that your message will be seen by the most involved members of our community, worldwide.

Dedicated Marketing Email

Establish your brand at The Montessori Event months before the doors even open! AMS will send a dedicated email featuring your products and services sent from AMS to all registered Event attendees.

Event Promotional Emails

We begin promoting registration for The Montessori Event in the fall. The promo email sponsor will be recognized with logo and hyperlink on:

• 6 emails November – February 2021
• A minimum of 45,000 inboxes with a 25% open rate
• Limited to 2 sponsors

Daily Email Sponsor

On each day of the Montessori Event, March 5 and March 6, AMS will send an email with the schedule of the day’s live events. Sponsor the daily emails and receive a “brought to you by” credit with your organization logo on the following:

• A daily email sent to all attendees
• A follow-up email to attendees with access to the on-demand content and survey

Conference Schedule Webpage Ads 

Over 50,000 educators start visiting The Montessori Event schedule to register for the conference and plan their schedule as soon as it goes live. 

Ads on the conference schedule page offer a wide reach with repeat impressions as the page receives visitors as soon as the scheduled is launched, throughout the conference and during the follow-up after the conference. Ads remain on the schedule through April 2021.

We will create your conference schedule ad for you with the following materials: 

• Your advertising message, maximum length: 150 characters (including spaces)
