AMS Awards $3,450 Research Mini-Grant in Spring 2019

Supporting research that brings fresh insight to Montessori education.

The AMS Mini-Grants program supports research that can bring fresh insight to Montessori education. We are pleased to recognize Brooke Culclasure, PhD, as recipient of the Spring 2019 award, for her study, “An Exploration of Teacher Satisfaction and Retention in South Carolina’s Public Montessori Classrooms.”

Brooke is the research director at The Riley Institute at Furman University, in Greenville, SC. She is also co-chair of the AMS Research Committee.
