Will You Be Applying for an AMS 2020 Peace Seed Grant?

August 16, 2019—If you are working on a project that promotes peace education—or have one you’d like to embark on—you may be eligible to receive some underwriting for it through an AMS Peace Seed Grant. Awarded by the AMS Peace & Social Justice Committee, the grants are presented in memory of educator Ursula Thrush, whose dedication to the concept of peace through children inspired many to advance peace education in their classrooms and communities.

Applications will be accepted September 15 – November 1, 2019. Watch for more information.
